A peaceful Smoky Mountain retreat Tucked Into the Woods, this cozy Bryson City getaway offers comfort, privacy, 15 min. to downtown, shopping and Great Smoky Mountains Railroad/Polar Express. Also nearby are Deep Creek, Fontana Lake, Nantahala Outdoor Center, Cherokee Casino, hiking, fishing, waterfalls and scenic drives. Enjoy the hot tub, firepit, a full kitchen, large bedrooms, and a spacious deck perfect for morning coffee, fresh air, and seasonal mountain views after a fun day of adventure. The space This Property has two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and separated by the kitchen and living room common area. Each bedroom has locked exterior doors. Hot Tub is accessible from the primary bedroom or from the porch steps. Both bed mattresses are new. The couch folds out into a queen size mattress. The kitchen is stocked with a variety of pots, pans, utensils, and spices. Water comes from the on-site well and is tested for drinkability every year. All rooms have wifi accessible televisions and blackout curtains for a comfortable sleep. Outdoors you will find a charcoal grill, gas grill, fire pit and lots of privacy. Guest access Guests have full access to the cabin "Tucked Into the Woods", including the single‑vehicle carport and one additional parking space in front of the carport. The property accommodates a maximum of two vehicles. The roads leading to the cabin are mostly paved and well maintained, but because the home is located on a mountain, the final approach includes a curvy, narrow road that gains elevation quickly. Under normal weather conditions, 4WD/AWD is not required, but during snowy or icy weather, guests should use caution and may need a vehicle with 4WD/AWD for safe access. Directions from Coopers Creek Rd & Crosspatch Dr From the intersection of Coopers Creek Road and Crosspatch Drive, continue up Crosspatch Drive as it winds UP the mountain. Turn left on Crosspatch Ln. Follow the road until you reach "Tucked Into the Woods" on your left. You will need to pass the driveway and go up to the next switchback and turn around, come back down to the driveway and take a right into the driveway to gain access due to being too tight to turn left. Other things to note - Cell service can be spotty in the mountains - The cabin has fast Starlink WiFi for reliable internet - Please bring your own firewood - Bring charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill - Pack towels for tubing or rafting - Bring extra coffee or tea - For longer stays, consider bringing additional paper products and soaps - Guests with pets should bring plastic bags to clean up outside
